Our People & Principles

Guided by our principles and commitment to excellence, our people bring a wealth of experience, resourcefulness, resilience and proven track record to deliver maximum long-term value.

  • Our most important assets are our Human Capital, Experience and Track Record.

  • Our actions must never be dictated by self-interest or perceived as such. If we treat our partners, customers and shareholders with ethics and respect, and provide them with high quality services, we will succeed.

  • Professionalism is fundamental to our business. We are proud of our track record, hard work, the quality of the people who work in our firm and the resulting quality of our investment research and asset management services.

  • We insist on integrity, honesty and fair dealing. We maintain high ethical standards, whether in dealing with shareholders, our asset management clients, the companies in which we invest, our communities, our regulators, our competitors and our fellow employees.

  • We do not allow personal trading of individual securities. Compensation is based on the success of our ventures.

  • We adopt an integrated approach to risk management in the operation of our business and our investments.

  • We believe it is important that companies "do well by doing good" and that our investors benefit, when companies in which we invest, develop unique and differentiated strategies to create long-term value, which will ultimately have a beneficial impact on their stakeholders and lead to solutions to many of society's problems.

  • We are committed to complying with the laws, regulations and ethical standards that govern us, fully integrating environmental, social and governance factors at the corporate level.
